It's quiet in here

Thought I'd post a small update. Besides my second Seraphim, I'm working on Sivia Harding's Diamond Fantasy shawl and my second moebius bag. I find that if I work on any one project too long, my right wrist gets really sore. I'm limiting myself to no more than 4 or 5 rows at a time, then I switch to one of the others. I'm trying to remember to work on the moebius between lace, so I'm alternating between small needles and fine yarn and big needles and bulky yarn. It really seems to help.

Hi Phyl, I have the same problems. You're not alone! I need to start something with larger needles just so I can rest my wrists even though I have deadline knitting on small needles. It also helps to stop and stretch them every 15 min. or so. Here are some stretches.
